These terms explain how Time4Movers.com operates as a marketing and booking brand, how partner carriers may perform your move, and how your agreement is formed with the carrier that provides transportation services. 📦

  • Time4Movers.com is a marketing and lead generation company/brand and may connect you with a licensed moving carrier.
  • Time4Movers.com does not perform moves or transport household goods unless explicitly stated in writing by a licensed carrier contract.
  • If we are unable to service your move, we may provide your details to Four Winds Relocation LLC so they can contact you about your move.
  • By submitting a form and opting in, you agree to be contacted by Time4Movers.com and/or one or more partner carriers (including Four Winds Relocation LLC) via phone call, SMS/text, and email about estimates, scheduling, and move-related services.
  • Your move estimate, services, and payments are handled directly by the Carrier that performs the move—not by Time4Movers.com.
  • Your contract for moving services is always with the Carrier, and that Carrier’s terms, Bill of Lading, and policies control the move.
  • Time4Movers.com and any Carrier you use are separate legal entities and do not share liability.

By using our website, requesting a quote, or interacting with our brand, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to Time4Movers.com’s marketing and lead generation services only. They do not replace or override the separate Terms and Conditions of any Carrier performing your move.

1. Definitions

Time4Movers.com (“we”, “us”, “our”)

Time4Movers.com (the “Company”) provides marketing, lead generation, and referral services that help connect consumers with licensed moving companies (“Carriers”). Time4Movers.com does not hold household goods moving authority and does not transport household goods under its own authority.

Carriers / Partner Companies

“Carriers” or “Partner Companies” are independent, licensed moving companies that may provide moving estimates and perform moving services. Carriers are separate legal entities with their own licenses, insurance, tariffs, and Terms & Conditions.

Four Winds Relocation LLC

Four Winds Relocation LLC is an independent carrier that may receive your information and contact you if Time4Movers.com is unable to service your move or if your move is better suited for a partner carrier. Four Winds Relocation LLC is a separate, independent company and is not owned or controlled by Time4Movers.com.

Shipper / Customer / You

“Shipper”, “Customer”, or “you” means the individual or business that submits a quote request, books a move, or otherwise uses our website or services.

Move Estimate

A “Move Estimate” is an estimate or quote for moving services issued by a Carrier. Time4Movers.com may help collect details and forward them to a Carrier, but the official estimate is issued by the Carrier that will perform your move.

Important: Your contract for moving and transportation services is with the Carrier, not with Time4Movers.com. These Terms only govern how you use the Time4Movers.com website and marketing funnel.
2. How Our Service Works

Time4Movers.com operates as a marketing and referral platform for licensed moving companies. In practical terms:

  • You visit our website or landing page and submit information about your move.
  • We may share your details with one or more licensed Carriers that may be able to service your move.
  • If we are unable to service your move, we may provide your details to Four Winds Relocation LLC (and/or other partner carriers) so they can contact you about your move.
  • The Carrier prepares and issues your official Move Estimate, and if you proceed, the Carrier will schedule and perform your move.
  • All services, charges, payments, and claims are handled directly between you and the Carrier.

Time4Movers.com does not supervise or control how a Carrier performs your move, how it staffs crews, or how it handles claims.

3. Carrier Terms & Conditions

Each Carrier maintains its own:

  • Terms & Conditions or service agreement
  • Bill of Lading
  • Tariffs and rate schedules
  • Valuation and damage coverage options
  • Claims procedures and dispute policies

When you proceed with a move:

  • Your move will be governed by the Carrier’s Terms & Conditions and Bill of Lading.
  • The Carrier’s documents form the binding contract for your move.
  • If there is any conflict between information on Time4Movers.com and the Carrier’s written terms, the Carrier’s terms control for all aspects of your move.
4. Estimates, Services & Payments
Key point: All move estimates, services, and payments are handled directly by the Carrier—not by Time4Movers.com.

When you submit a request through Time4Movers.com:

  • You may receive one or more Move Estimates from independent Carriers.
  • The Carrier’s estimate will state the pricing structure (hourly, flat rate, binding, etc.) and any applicable fees, surcharges, or optional services.
  • Any deposits, progress payments, or final balances are paid directly to the Carrier according to its policies and instructions.

Time4Movers.com:

  • Does not process, collect, or retain payments for moving services.
  • Does not issue invoices, receipts, or Bills of Lading for your move.
  • Is not a party to the financial or service contract between you and the Carrier.

Any questions about charges, refunds, additional services, or adjustments must be directed to the Carrier that issued your Move Estimate and/or performed your move.

5. Roles, Responsibilities & Liability

Time4Movers.com’s Role

Time4Movers.com’s role is limited to:

  • Operating the Time4Movers.com website and marketing funnels.
  • Collecting basic move information provided by you.
  • Referring your information to one or more licensed Carriers (including, where applicable, Four Winds Relocation LLC).
  • Facilitating introductions and, where applicable, helping with scheduling communications.

Carrier’s Role

The Carrier is solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate estimates and final charges.
  • Handling, packing, loading, transporting, and unloading your goods.
  • Providing valuation coverage options and honoring applicable claims.
  • Maintaining proper licenses, authority, and insurance.
  • Complying with all applicable transportation laws and regulations.

No Shared Liability

Time4Movers.com and any Carrier are separate, independent businesses. The use of shared branding or marketing channels does not create:

  • a partnership or joint venture,
  • a principal–agent relationship, or
  • shared or vicarious liability.

Time4Movers.com is not liable for:

  • Loss, damage, or delay of any items in transit or storage.
  • Errors in packing, loading, or handling by the Carrier or its employees.
  • Service quality, scheduling, cancellations, or reschedules by the Carrier.
  • Carrier billing practices, including additional charges, fuel surcharges, or accessorial fees.

By using our website and proceeding with a Carrier, you agree to hold harmless and release Time4Movers.com, its owners, and affiliates from any and all claims arising out of or related to services performed by a Carrier.

6. Website Use & Communications

By using our website or submitting your information, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate, current, and complete information about your move to the best of your knowledge.
  • You are at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into a contract.
  • You will not use the site for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including scraping, hacking, or interfering with the site’s operation.

Communications & Opt-In

Opt-in notice: By submitting any form on this website and selecting any opt-in checkbox (where present), you expressly consent to receive communications from Time4Movers.com and/or one or more partner Carriers (including Four Winds Relocation LLC) at the phone number and email address you provide. Communications may include calls (including autodialed or prerecorded calls where permitted by law), SMS/text messages, and emails regarding estimates, scheduling, confirmations, and other move-related services. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages.

Communications may occur via phone calls, SMS/text messages, and email, in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

A. Disputes with Carriers

Any dispute, claim, or complaint regarding:

  • Loss or damage to goods,
  • Service quality, scheduling, or delays,
  • Charges, billing, or refunds for moving services, or
  • Any other matter arising from the performance of the move

must be directed to the Carrier that performed your move, following that Carrier’s claims procedures, Terms & Conditions, and any applicable arbitration or dispute resolution provisions.

B. Disputes Involving Time4Movers.com Only

Any dispute arising out of or relating solely to:

  • Your use of the Time4Movers.com website or marketing materials, or
  • Time4Movers.com’s handling of your personal data, to the extent not otherwise governed by our Privacy Policy,

shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its commercial rules. The arbitration will take place in or near Nashville, Tennessee, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against Time4Movers.com. Each party will bear its own legal fees and costs, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise as permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms (as they relate to Time4Movers.com) are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent any matter is found not to be subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in or near Davidson County, Tennessee.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

  • We will post the updated version on this page, and
  • Update the “Last updated” date at the top.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
